Charge: This committee monitors and oversees initiatives related to diversity and climate in the context of the Philosophy of Science Association's activities and publications.

How members are selected: The committee is constituted by the Association's President. It must include at least one member of the Governing Board, one of the co-chairs of the PSA Women's Caucus, and one member of the PSA UPSS Committee.
