We are pleased to announce that our Japan Philosophy of Medicine Workshop 2026 will be held as follows. We are honored to welcome Prof. Alex Broadbent and Prof. Masahiro Matsuo as the keynote speakers.We warmly invite anyone interested in the philosophy of medicine and related fields to participate.

Call for Flash Talks
We invite participants to present flash talks at the workshop. Presentations can be given either in person or online. Any topic related to the philosophy of medicine is welcome, and the talk can be up to 5 minutes long.
If you are interested in giving a flash talk, please indicate it when registering. Due to time constraints, we may not be able to accommodate all requests. In such cases, priority will be given to in-person presenters.
Travel Grants
We are also offering travel grants to provide partial support for early-career researchers and medical professionals attending the workshop in person. Due to limited funding, the grant will only cover travel within Japan. Priority will be given to those presenting flash talks. Please indicate your interest upon registration.
